drbell_2332
Saves discs if you use cd-rw or cd+rw. Just a tip.
sammy lafon
saves discs with backgrounds??? I don't get what your trying to say here and its making me crazy!
action
Meaning that you don't have to waste a CD-R each time you want to put a new background. You can just overwrite the CDRW.
Ashhong
Can you? I was under the impression that you have to finalize the disc when burning. If you finalize, you can't add, which means you wasted a slightly more expensive RW disc.
action
Hmmm... Well, I will admit that I have only used this method to load the HD with songs (since you can't rip from an mp3 disc). I haven't tried it for backgrounds yet.

nuttzzy34
is there a way to take music from a computer to the hd without the cd?? like if you have a lap top or mp3 player with storage

The Z1 wont recognize the disc the second time around. I have tried it with music and backgrounds. Maybe it my PC or my software... or me lol. Human error is very unlikely though
installthis06
I have problems loading bgs when i use cd-rws. How lame!
djarno
I know what you mean. I'm trying to use CD-RW to load bgs on my AVIC but it tells me that there needs to be a BG folder, which there was.
mdmill1
I have problems loading bgs when i use cd-rws. How lame! Maybe you didn't put enough info on the cd-rw. I had this same problem and I just put my picture folder and my bgs folder on the disc then I burned it and it worked fine. Hopefully this works for you.
