christopherjb Posted November 14, 2007 Report Share Posted November 14, 2007 fyi I bought several different harnesses specific to the 00 expedition eddie with prem sound and none worked.....The pins just didn't match up accordingly. I ended up having to use couplers and patching directly onto the factory harness using the colors accordingly.... Also, If you have an expedition above 99 beware.....Once you remove the factory radio there is so much more involved, really! Ontop of the metal cage you need to alter a little bit, the new expeditions have a really strong plastic like frame that you will need to cut a bit off off from the top for any avic double-din to fit.......Took me four hours to do so, but I did.... Four hours of cutting into metal and plastic!!!! But so worth if for the avic-d3 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
