Darwood Posted February 16, 2015 Report Share Posted February 16, 2015 So Siri no longer works on my 4000 NEX. No beeps, voice waveform stays flat. She won't read texts anymore either. Works fine when not plugged into NEX. Suspecting my microphone somehow came unplugged. Anyone else have ideas? Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Darwood Posted February 16, 2015 Author Report Share Posted February 16, 2015 Dammit, I was hoping it would be something simple like that, even though there's no reason the mic would become unplugged. It did seem like Siri got progressively worse (understanding less spoken words, not always activating) before she finally quit working. Restored my phone already, and reset the NEX. neither worked. iOS 8.2 better come out soon and fix this nonsense, or Pioneer need stop update if it's their issue. Thanks!
