murrten
I have exactly the same problem with the SD card which came in my F60DAB. I installed naviextras tool on my win7 laptop. I pushed SD Card into a dedicated SD card reader slot. Windows file manager can view it fine, but the software says "no device connected". Anyone got any ideas please? Then it will copy the needed files to the card/usb. remove and connect to computer with the naviextras software (use latest version of software)

SpecTrax
Can anyone advise on what to select from the list of formatting options (mac) for my USB thumb drive? thanks none. fat is fat16, needs fat32 i think. try using a windows computer....but you could always try with ms-dos-fat on mac (it might be fat32). maybe try an third party formatprogram that supports fat32?
