Bill J Posted April 26, 2015 Report Share Posted April 26, 2015 Just installed a NEX 6000 and when it starts it tells me: "Cannot open the available map files with your license". Clicking on the navigation button doesn't start anything so I cannot create a USB stick with map updates. I am in Canada but bought the unit in the US some time ago. Tried a factory reset but it didn't correct the issue. Any idea on how to fix it without returning the entire unit? It is possible to put maps on there or fix it another way? Appreciate the help!
