freeon Posted May 12, 2015 Report Share Posted May 12, 2015 I currently have an avic 700bt and have been wanting to upgrade it since last year. Was originaly looking at app radio. I just recently learned about carplay. Seems from Pioneer website app radios have carplay and the nex series have carplay and also appradio so what is the diffrence. The 2 main things I want to be able to do is listen to music(obviously) true spotify if this is possible and navigation. I would preffer being able to control the spotify app from the head units touch screen. I would also preffer doing it without connecting physicaly with a wire and just via bluetooth if this is possible. I beleive it's not. I'm new to appradio and carplay so any suggestion is welcomed.
