Bb6nm Posted December 11, 2021 Report Share Posted December 11, 2021 Sounds like it's wired to the brake lights and not the reverse lights. Brake lights stay on therefore constant signal so it won't power off when switched. Brakes stay lit for reverse and braking so it gets power from either.
