tcope paid for the maps, he included the lic files aswell as the rest that needed...surely you looked in the folder after dling.

He spent the money for nothing
all we have published 3 months ago
if you search a little, all these files can be found

I just downloaded the newest maps for my NEX8100. Don't know if this will help anyone but here is the link:

Save the folder itself to the root of the USB drive.

Thanks for sharing this.  I've downloaded and copied to my USB drive.  The Naviextras Toolbox utility appears to recognize the update as being for 2015Q3, which is cool, and leads me to believe that it is copied to the drive correctly.  However, when I use the SyncTool utility in the car to update the maps, I get an error: "Update package is invalid".  

Any ideas what I might have done wrong?

Sorry - should have stated that I'm attempting to update a recently purchased AVIC-8100nex.
