I'd like to share some of the issues I've encountered and just ask if it is like that for everyone and if that even bothers people. So here is a list of things that bother me: There is no max_start_volume (i.e. the device remembers the volume that was applied the last time it was on). If you were listening to very loud music you'll get quite a shock when you turn on the car. If someone else takes the car, they will not expect this and will be scared to death probably. While browsing by tag and not file/folder, you cannot play an album in the track number order (which is how you are supposed to play it), at least I haven't found the option. While browsing in file/folder mode the folders are not sorted alphabetically, but rather just as they are written in the file system (the order in which you have recorded them. This means that if you copied everything in one operation you would most likely get everything sorted, but if you add anything else it will always be shown at the end of the list. Doesn't make much sense for this to be the default especially since there is no option to include sorting! The loading time ("format read") is quite long in my opinion. Around 20-30s before playback starts, with a 64 GB USB stick and 3373 songs on it. That could definitely be under a second when done properly. MIXTRAX sounds like a nice-to-have feature, but it is utterly unusable as the files are being analyzed at such a slow rate (it took it a few hours of driving with MIXTRAX turned on to get to 44/3373 progress). I can't imagine ever getting to the half-way point even at this rate. So no inteligent mixing for me I guess... The contact list is not showing most of my contacts, instead even in call log I see only their number, while clearly my phone has them in the contacts list. I have not seen a solution for this really... I'm using a Sony Xperia Z5 Compact btw. That's my list. If I remeber anything else I'll update my list. I have owned this unit for around 3 weeks now. I also updated my device to firmware version 1.11 today but that didn't fix any of those issues unfortunatelly... Quote Link to post Share on other sites
