X930BT Jeep battery replaced/limited functions/won't shutoff

So I bought a used Jeep 3 years ago with a x930bt pre-installed. Works great, fully functionally I can get into every setting. I just had to replace my Jeeps battery. When I got it back from the shop it now won't shut off even with key out, doors open/shut and alarm activated. And now I can only get into my AV setting and Audio setting. I can't change the splash screen, Navi settings or anything. When I shut the system off my LED screens stays black, but the FM, AM, Bluetooth and AV buttons are still lit. I never had to use the Ebrake, tried it , didn't help. The factory reset is greyed out so I can't even reset it. I tried holding MODE and TRK>> at the splash screen didn't go into reset mode. I have to pop the security faceplate when I leave the Jeep so I don't kill my new battery.Any help would be great , ty .
