Camacorn
Hi, I recently posted about getting an F90BT for nothing from my brother, and that I had to setup a fresh copy of firmware 3.1 to make it functional again. The radio now functions perfectly fine, I've been jamming out to the FM tuner, and some music I have on an SD Card pretty much all day. The problem is, when I'm listening to music via an SD card, and I'm in the detailed view, it lags so bad, that the radio almost isn't usable, takes roughly 15~ seconds to change the station, playback time only updates once every 5 seconds, instead of every second like it should, and the touch screen buttons become useless. If I go back to the main menu, I am able to change the station in realtime, it doesn't lag at all. Why does it lag so badly in detailed view? I understand it has to show you more information, which is more for the radio to process, but I would have thought Pioneer would have done better than that. Any help would be appreciated, as I really never use AM/FM, and I was willing to sacrifice not being able to use my iPhone 6s since I can use an SD Card. But if I can't even use an SD Card without this much trouble, I might as well go back to my single-din Pioneer and get back my bluetooth audio. I love the radio, and would like to keep it. This is the screen I get all of the lag issues on: Hi, I recently posted about getting an F90BT for nothing from my brother, and that I had to setup a fresh copy of firmware 3.1 to make it functional again.
