I was able to download this file and paste the image to a new SD card and install it into my AVH-W4500NEX and it worked like a charm.

I used a Sandisk Extreme SDHC UHS-I/U3 16GB SD card (~$15CAD from Amazon), used "balenaEtcher" on my MAC MINI M1 to get the image flashed onto the SD card, and followed the following Youtube video to take the head unit apart and reassemble it.

So after a couple of hours of "Google-ing" and about 90 minutes of "sweat equity" to remove the head unit from my Toyota Sienna, take apart and reassemble the AVH-W4500NEX, and then reinstall the head unit into my Toyota Sienna everything is working great.

The firmware is showing as version 1.02 with this image.

Hello, my head unit got stuck in boot. I would really appreciate if anyone have the avh-w4500nex image and dm or contact via cajohn2@gmail.com.

It's been somewhat frustrating looking for help from pioneer to no avail. Thanks to whomever can assist.

I still have the image file but it is too big to upload directly to this message board. Try this Google Drive link.

One thing to note with this file. I have a Maestro RR unit to integrate the factory steering wheel controls and get the OBDII data to the Pioneer head unit. After I used this image the iDatalink feature stopped working. I reached out to Auto Motive Data Solutions (ADS) tech support and got the following response:

have seen this is a few times now and while you were able to swap the SD card that is only one part of the fixing your original issue, the other step requires Pioneer sync the embedded information from that SD card to the radio. The only way I have seen this done successfully is by sending the unit into Pioneer Warranty or an authorized Pioneer service center to complete this side.  Once done you should be able to pull the new serial number on the radio flash the RR.

All the best...

I got the image. I was able to clone one and it worked perfectly. I also dump the image sucessfully for anyone that needs it.

Steering wheels controls work fine for me as well. If any trouble with link dm. Use imageUSB to write the image to SD card (I used windows 10 btw).

I hope this helps someone as it was quite frusting. Thanks fof those that responded and tried to help.
