Alexei Navalny Posted September 24, 2016 Report Share Posted September 24, 2016 One thing I noticed as far as a very rough comparison between what I bought and installed and what was posted was directories (folders) did not retain the time stamps, et al. I.e. the folders show the date and time they were uncompressed. I have seen some software that used the file timestamp as a version number. In fact it might of been on some Pioneer upgrades. So it could indeed be an issue - except that nezfotnemom said he used the copied SD to upgrade his other AVIC. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Also stupid question but did you just leave the car in accessory mode to update or had it running the whole time? I think my car shuts off after a while if I leave it in accessory mode. I was moving files last night and got like 10 I/O errors, then my USB ports stopped working.. so when I did this upload/zip I moved it to my laptop and then uploaded.. wondering if some files got corrupted on the first go around!
