7200NEX, iGO Not Working, Help, SD Card

Hi, 

 

I have the 7200NEX and when you select MAPS it says iGO loading and then it closes. Everything else with the unit is working well. 

 

How can I fix this issue? 

 

Where is the SD card located? 

 

Are there any step by step instructions?

When pressing the "NAVI" icon on the navigation model, the Map is not displayed. 

"Loading iGO..." appears and then return to the previous screen. 

 

 [Cause] 

The license file on the SD card is damaged

 

[Remedy] Only applicable for the above symptom!

update/rewrite the SOC ucom with latest firmware 

No need to replace the SD card.

Installing the latest firmware which is published on the consumer website.
