schindog44 Posted November 28, 2016 Report Share Posted November 28, 2016 Has anyone ever gotten a DVD of MP4 files to play on any of the 2016 NEX units? I have a 6200 NEX and whenever I try to burn a DVD of MP4 files, the unit comes up "unplayable disc". I would just use the USB port to play media, but I need the ability to play my media on the rear seat entertainment for the kiddos and the wife uses USB1 for carplay. It's my understanding that you must use USB 1 to playback files on rear seat entertainment via USB. So that leaves me in the spot I'm in. I would like to load a DVD full of MP4 files into the unit to play on rear seat, but don't know how to successfully burn them for this unit to play them. The manual states that this unit can play DVD-R discs with MPEG4 file types. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
