I have just had an F88 DAB installed and downloaded the AVICSYNC app to my iPhone 5 to get the latest maps. The free maps downloaded fine to the phone but when I attempt to connect to the HU it just will not sync. I am definitely using the correct USB port, in fact I have tried both. The HU must recognise the iPhone as CarPlay launches as soon as it is plugged in but when I press the sync button I get a message stating no storage device attached. Any ideas please?
