Carphunter Posted October 5, 2017 Report Share Posted October 5, 2017 Um brand new here... but on my first attempt to get my S7 connected to my 2330, i found that the usb wire they gave with the unit didn't seem to work so well. The unit would say it was trying to connect, or might bring up like half a screen... but eventually would say it couldn't connect or something like that. not sure if the female end is too loose on that pigtail or what. I took an anker or a ravpower usb cable and hooked it to the unit, and my phone to that and it appeared to work right away. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
