No sound on navigation and calls on F950DAB

Hi! 

I have a bit of a problem with my Pioneer Avic-F950DAB hu. 

It was in the car when I bought it, and bluetooth music, radio, navigation works fine. But I have problems with the sound on the navigation and when I receive calls. There is just none. 

 

I have checked if it was muted some kind of way, but no. 

Have anyone heard of this before? 

 

Also, I can't update the HU to 1.06 update. There is the basic 1.0 firmware in the car. I have tried with the SD card, but it dosn't recognize the update on the card. 

 

Please help. I'm close to throwing the HU away..
