stormfinder Posted April 29, 2018 Report Share Posted April 29, 2018 Hey everyone, I have a recently purchased 7100nex. It's installed in my 90 miata. Earlier today and until this point has been working perfectly. However, now, no matter what I do, the headunit will not turn on. I have checked both power wires, and the ground as well. And they are all working perfectly. The 8100 out of my crown Vic fires right up if plugged into the miata. Does anyone have any sort of idea on what the problem could be? Cause if this headunit just fried I'm gonna be upset at wasting $975 on junk. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

The radio now turns on, no idea what changed. however the hardware buttons on the front are all jumbled up home=eject | map=next track | last track=next track | mode=map etc Quote Link to post Share on other sites
