This is custom GT5- cable that goes to AVIC-F The GT5 is gray from Factory Nav 2008 C6 corvette to green AVIC -F Pioneer GPS PLUG AND PLAY to use OEM GPS antenna with pioneer AVIC RADIO / NAV Quote Link to post Share on other sites
Jeffs64 Posted September 21, 2018 Author Report Share Posted September 21, 2018 Just to let you know with factory GPS antenna the MAP screen in less than three (3) seconds. It would take up to 20-30 seconds with aftermarket antenna supplied with the head unit. And yes they were both located in the same place just a little left of dead center of the inside top of the dash. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
kbrkr Posted September 21, 2018 Report Share Posted September 21, 2018 Wow, you lucked out finding that adapter. I had a similar issue with the XMRadio antenna in my Porsche, it would not fit the XMRadio tuner. Rather than cut/trim the Porsche OEM connector, I took out my Dremel and cut the outer housing of the XMTuner which was only $39. Worked like a charm. The satellite radio antenna was mounted on the rear trunk lid. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
