BUG ! Firmware update needed ! Samsung Galaxy S10 not recognized by NEX4100 no android auto :-(

I have a pioneer avh4100nex head unit. 

While used with the galaxy S8 , S6 , S8 plus and Iphone 6 , iPhone X, it recognizes the phone and runs the appropriate android auto or apple CarPlay. 

When connecting the new galaxy s10 G973f , it doesn't recognize it at all,  and not only doesn't run the android auto, but actually after a while results in the heat unit crashing and restarting. 

The pioneer is latest firmware 1.11

 

any ideas ?

i think pioneer will need to issue anew firmware to fix this :-(
