Phone Connection Problem

Everything was working fine and then stopped. When I try and make a phone call it connects and the person on the other end can hear me but I can't hear them.

Then after about 10 seconds the call disconnects. The calls come through fine on my iPhone XS Max, but not on the bluetooth of the AVIC-8000NEX.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
