Reading through it I suspect that it would work for android based headunits but I am not sure that the NEX series is based on windowsCE or andriod. I did some reading in the stickied post and I think* what I am reading says that it is android based but I could be mis reading it. The other option I was thinking is if there is any way to convert my AVIC-5200NEX to have wireless carplay by installing a new ROM that would support this feature?
