Firestorm4u2 Posted March 4, 2021 Report Share Posted March 4, 2021 Bluetooth stopped working on our 6200-NEX a couple of months ago. My husband was on a trip when it stopped working and tried to update the firmware without a file. LOL Now, firmware version shows --------. Attempts to update fails and shows "Error" All bluetooth options are grayed out except for the "update software" option. I have ordered a replacement internal SD, but it will take a while to arrive. Does anyone know the model number of the bluetooth module in case it is a hardware issue? I have not been able to identify it online, and don't want to disassemble the unit until the SD card is in hand. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
