CheeseNacho
Hi everyone, I've recently purchased an Avic-D3 and have been reading with great interest the multitude of discussions on the iPod video. Like most of you I presume, we want our video on our stereo, but I have not been able to read a thread that explains how to get the video from you pre-6th gen iPod to the Avic-D3. I have noted that you have to enable TV out, and I have downloaded the user's manual for the Avic-D3 but it doesn't specify if iPod video will play while the vehicle is in motion. Since I haven't received it yet, I have been searching for information on this subject. Does anyone know if you can display the video off of your iPod onto the Avic-D3 while the vehicle is moving without a wiring bypass in place? Thanks! CN
whtcrxghst
You have to do the bypass to get any video from any source to play while in motion
