what is the difference between the 3 of them? Would I gain anything by putting an N3 brain on my N1 head unit?

Everything I have tried with my N1 to upload my own BGs and this is what I get everytime. I have done so much searching for a fix but can not seam to find it. Can someone point me in the right direction please?
