Awesome ... can't wait to see some compiled ROMs and run Android on it!

Just to confirm the very first sentence "We have eliminated the barriers to development on all AVIC units including Android Auto." Does this mean what I think (and hope) it does? That it will work on non-NEX units as well (like my X940BT)?

Anyone still have Rdio v2.1.8?
JohnnyCanuck replied to American's topic in AppRadio, AppRadio 2, AppRadio 3
Now I am using ios7 and have tried AppRadio Live and the rdio implementation. Would still much prefer the native version so I can play offline music and save data. If anyone has the rdio .ipa for any version 2.1.8 and older ... would be very much appreciated! -

Using an ios6 device. Appradio Live is ios7 only which is why I was looking for the old Rdio app. -

Hi, not sure if anyone helped American out, but I have the same question ... anyone have an old version kicking around that will work with AppRadio? -
Would this work with the X940BT as well?

I see Pioneer is packaging a new firmware update for BT (to version 3.32) with both the map updates and the firmware updates for iPhone 5. I will be installing the firmware update to get gridlines on my rear camera, but i don't have an iPhone 5, etc. I stream music flawlessly from my Windows Phone 8 using A2DP over BT. My inclination is not to install the BT firmware update as I see there have been some problems and I have it working pretty good right now. However, is there some functionality added to the firmware update? Is there a changelog somewhere for 3.22 => 3.32? Thanks!

I stopped reading after the line that says if you don't have an iOS7 device, you don't need this upgrade. Thanks!!

I have an X940BT and I see that the2013 North American map is now available. But, freaking Navteq wants $30 to ship a microSD card to Canada. That's so outrageous that I really don't want to buy the map update. However, I see the update has gridlines for my rear camera and updated BT firmware. Is there any way to get those two elements on their own?
