  1. Yep as soon as I plug the phone in they come up. now if they could get the HU to not have to ask the phone every time you shut it down. I would be happy it is a PITA when you run in to the store and have to unlock the phone to start pandora again
  2. You can run Pandora from your phone and use bluetooth audio to listen but it will not work from the Pandora app on the HU.
  3. Avic 950bh does not support voice commands. the new NEX models support Siri eys free. I wished I waited till the Alpines supported the new IPhones they will be out this summer and I will be buying it. Not that happy with the Pioneer
  4. Have you checked setting in the phone. I have a IPhone 5s connected to mine and had some problems transfering contacts and it was a wrong setting in the phone.
  5. Only way pandora will show up is if it is connected with the correct pioneer cables. You need the MHL adapter. Only way to change is to delete paired phone and reconnect it to change settings.
  6. It is hooked up correctly and I get sound it is just the annoying whine when it first boots up that I can not stand.Once it boots up the whine stops
  7. The Pandora icon and AHA icon will not show up unless you have your phone connected with the right cable for your phone. When you paired your phone did the HU ask if you wanted to use bluetooth audio you have to answer yes
  8. I hear it with engine off and key on and notice it the most when it is booting up and at splash screen. I am not using the speaker output from HU it is all hooked up with the pre amp outs. Seems to be only coming through the front speakers and not rears. Have tried different amp to rule that out and never had the problem before I switched out my Kenwood to the Pioneer. Trying to get a hold of there tech support and if it cant be resolved I will return it and go to a Alpine
  9. Ever since I installed the Avic X950 it has a whine coming through the speakers when it first boots up after that it goes away is this normal or is there something wrong with the unit.
  10. I had the lighting wire on my x 950 connected to the lighting sense wire it it did not work it has to be connected to the switch or to a actual light for it to work
  11. Figured it out myself. In bluetooth settings on the IPhone under Pioneer navi you have to have All contacts checked. Mine was not checked but Avic feeds was, unchecked it and checked all contacts and all is good. Hope this helps someone else
  12. Yes 1st update is for iphone 5 and newest one is for pandora
  13. Do you have the Lightning Digital AV Adapter
  14. For it to work with the IPhone 5 you need the CD-IH202 and the Apple AV adapter
