  1. when you turn off the car it will stay on (about 10min), when you open the door to get out it should turn off instantly.
  2. me too, on my 8000 ive turned them on and never heard one ding or alert at all
  3. hook up the parking brake wire
  4. Make sure its a fast card, I only run class 10 cards for everything, no problems.
  5. I get it instantly during boot up, but after its booted if i put it in reverse I get a black screen for about 3-5 seconds before the cam video pops up. Kinda annoying. Check the trigger on your interface, maybe it's late
  6. Camera Veiw is the camera pop up setting that keeps the camera on all the time. If you want it just in reverse, turn off Camera View, and turn on reverse trigger.
  7. turn off Camera View in camera settings
  8. Glass cleaner is mostly vinegar and ammonia. Remove all power, let it sit and it should evaporate. Its not doom and gloom like water, but you have to hope you didn't short a circuit while the power was on.
  9. im the guy that started the other thread, and I still have the same problem. I have to have the windows up and really listen to hear it. Vol adjust from 0% to 50% fine but anything above 50% sounds just like 50%. Right now my xover is at full. Source is loud and clear. I have to set the mute to full to understand it, even tho I like ATT.
  10. paid $1000 plus tax on release day for my 8000
  11. works on my note3 just fine. HU starts the app for me, don't have to touch the phone. Make sure your phone says its connected as a phone and media device in bluetooth smart phone setup choose other and BT
  12. you guys using the TTS voice, or the Dave and Amy? If I switch back to Dave or Amy, it is louder and it adjust full range, but not what I would call loud as hell.
