Hi all I have a 8000 Nex and am thinking of getting a Honda Civic. My question is this. If I were to install my 8000 in the civic would I still be able to use the Honda Lane Watch and the Dynamic lines in the rearview camera? I do like those capabilities in the civic and don't want to lose those features but also don't want to do away with this Head unit. Anyone have or seen one of these in the 2014 civic?

That number the radio gives out is the pairing number I see on my phone. It does not offer a way to type anything in? Are you talking about when you re-pair?

Once you have saved a location in navigation on the 8000Nex how do you delete the saved location? Cant seem to find the delete option…..

These things are froggy at best. I got the 7000 2 weeks ago and my BT is shady. Works sometime and does not work sometimes. USB connection is shady too, error codes and I have the correct cable. Than goodness I got it at a GREAT stereo shop. They are giving me an upgrade to the 8000 for free tomorrow because of all the issues with this 7000. I certainly hope this 8000 works better than the 7000!

Ah, I too have always had to toggle it back off and on(the BT that is) on my iphone. However It is always in my pocket... So why can it not be in my pocket? Does that do something to the Bluetooth?

Hi all I have read the varying topics related to bluetooth auto linking. It seems there are still troubles as I just got the 7000 and had it installed. The next day the dealer said they are ordering a new unit for me to see if it is the unit. My troubles are only with auto linking after turning the car off and getting back in. Currently I have to oturn my bluetooth off on my iphone 5s and turn it back on. This was a very expensive unit and I got it for the many features but also mainly for the bluetooth. I have NEVER had troubles with my bluetooth in my truck until I got this unit. Previously
