Seejay

Hi everyone one I'm new to avic411. My name is Seejay. I need some help if possible I have a pioneer 4300...I currently have the e-brake bypassed with a relay. Just recently it stopped playing the video and just Audio plays. I don't get the option to select "ok" to start the video. I replaced the relay and re connected it the way it should be and still won't play video. Has anyone had the problem? If so any solutions?
