I bought my 2006 ford explorer six months ago had my battery replaced and now the pioneer avic d3 system is asking me a password "whats the make of your first car?" I don't know it I called the dealer and they told me to send it back to pioneer for factory reset $80.00 HELP anyone what can I do ?????
