I am planning on getting the Note edge or the S6 edge. I am glad this thread was started.

I have been looking for a unit for a while I would like a large screen, Sat radio, GPS, local radio. Maybe an option to add a xbox 360 and screen for the people in the back seat. I don't listen to cd's so I would like the screen to hide the cd slot. the JVC 810 is a option. It seems that all the kenwood people are bashing kenwood, so it looks like its everywhere. I don't like the thought that the Pioneer systems come ready for apple phones but people with andriod phones have to buy extra cables.

Like what? I am looking for a head unit and I was thinking Kenwood DNN 991hd or the alpine unit.

I used to install radios and do car audio setups, that was 16 years ago. I am now looking at getting a GPS in dash unit. I know things have changed. I am really like the 8000, I dont like the slot for the cd or dvd to go into the unit. I like the clean look. I also dont plan on listening to a cd, maybe watch a dvd but I mostly want it for GPS and Sat radio. I like the options on the 8000 I have a 2006 Nissan Xterra, I also have a android phone. What do you think?
