Can you tell me in english?

I have just installed my avic z2 into my 06 F250 and need a little help with the pac swi rc. It has a audio type jack to plug into the stereo but I do not know where it is supposed to plug into. Also how do you program the next button and mode button without going out of order on the programming sheet. Thanks
