Anyone have a fix for this issue?

there has to be a fix for it, but looks like there is no fix for it currently, at least i cant find it on this forum.

mine is doing the same thing and it happened when i had to jump another car with a dead battery. any resolution to this would be greatly appreciated!!!!

i cant get into test mode, i dont see the pioneer logo screen on startup, its just a blank screen, please help. ive update from 2.0 to 3.0 and 3.01 before.

i have a F90bt and it was running fine until i jumped a friend's car which had a dead battery. now it starts up, all the buttons light up and then the lights go out. nothing on the screen every shows up, it stays blank. the unit is ON but screen is blank and none of the buttons do anything. any ideas?

i did a re-install of 3.0002 and for me its working fine now. if you have the 3.0 software, re-install it. if not, i can throw it on a dvd for u. pm me.

i did the same thing, i removed the 4 GPS files, didnt solve the problem. i then reverted back to 2.0 , it didnt solve the problem either. im at a loss.

I followed these directions EXACTLY as directed and I am still having the same black screen after the splash screen issue. Except now it doesnt keep rebooting, it just goes to the black screen. Anyone else have the same issue? How did your resolve it?

did you place the "testmode" folder itself on the sd card or the contents? if you place the contents, you wont be able to proceed into testmode, speaking from experience.
