Hello Guizmo, I really appreciate your help. I'm downloading the files as we speak, but there are few things I don't understand. Do you think you could try to explain me a little bit more? What should I do wiht the downloaded files? I've used testmode to get out of the "update cycle". You are saying that I need to use it again, what for? Is there any way you could try to explain everything again to me? I'm really depressed as I cannot work it out.. I don't think that I've used iGo before...

I've managed to get out of the "update cycle". Music is working, but navigation is just black screen. Any ideas what should I do?

Hello. I've tried upgrading my AVIC-F310BT maps to 2015 version, everything was fine untill it reached 99%, it said "error occured" or something like that, and there was only one option to select - "retry". I've tried turning it off, taking the SD card out, then it asks for one. Nothing helps. Any ideas? EDIT: sorry, I've just noticed that this is in the wrong section. Any moderators could move it to troubleshooting section?
