I just wanted to give everyone an update and confirmed that I did an update from no Carplay FW 1.04 to all the way up to 1.11 without any issues. Using the link below and it works like a charm. Great thanks - very much appreciated. Just one question regarding the DAB - Digital Radio which I believe is the only different with the F960BT and the F960DAB. Could anyone advise is this feature dependable on the right FW? Would I lost that function (disappear) after the upgrade? Just wanted to know what am I signing up for. Thanks!

Hi, Sorry a newbie question and hope someone could help. Currently I got a AUS delivered equivalent 5000NEX unit known as F960DAB running FW1.04 since new and I wanted to add the Carplay functionality due to my recent upgrade from a Samsung to a iphone6. For some reasons, all the firmware for this unit has been removed from the official AU website and I am annoyed that I couldn't get it to work without installing the newer FW. Just wondering what are the chances for me to install say the latest 1.1 US firmware and the implication for it? How do I persevere the AUS maps during the u

Hi, Was attempting to update the above unit from version 1.04 to add the Carplay functionality but no luck downloading from the official AU website I assume due to the size of the file and the age of the unit? Could anyone please help to see if you can help to track down this latest firmware? I just updated iphone5 and wanted to try out the features. Thanks J
