Ok a problem I am facing is that the directions of the navigation are not being said, all I get is a "bing" when I would normally be getting for example "turn left". The voices are in the right place on the internal flash drive. Any ideas?

I got stuck at Reading 100%, I then used a Smaller memory card (1gb) and the wince upgrade worked.
