has anyone else experinced database issues with ipods (not carplay)? When u first plug it in it says building database please wait but after its done ive experinced missing artwork, album and artist mixups. any help would be appreciated.

I have a 4200nex that has issues with my ipod (or any apple device). when using either ipod 1 or 2 (not carplay), if you go to search an artist, lets say KISS, it will list all there albums. the problem is no matter what album you click on, it always displays the songs from whatever album is the first one listed. also the song counts on the screen are wrong. so if you have 10,000 songs, it may say playing 1/8829. Ive seen this happen on three units so i know its not just mine. I think its a database issue, but not sure. I called Pioneer, but of course its the first they've heard of it. Any he
