I see that the video will display on either screen but is it possible to send the video and its audio to the rear screen and listen to the radio through the truck speakers?

Try booting up normally and calibrating your screen with the stylus. I was having the same problem and that fixed it.

The card is Fat32 and yes the drive works becuase I used it to play music. I have both folders in the root along with a folder for the sounds. Should I move the sounds somewhere else?

I have tried copying these files to an SD card and putting in and then turning the vehicle on but it just boots up normal. Any help would be great. Thanks

You may have a faulty SWI. The original one i got would not even go into programming mode. Once they sent me another one no problems at all.

Is it possible to search by phone number as with the D3, I really miss that feature?

The GMAH24B is made by peripheral, it is similar to the metra and PAC adapters. Thanks for the advise, I did the bypass and it will be soo much better than all the warnings I would have gotten.

I am installing my D3 myself and having problems locating the parking brake wire. Also I noticed people asking about the illumination wire. Can I just connect the illumination wire from the D3 to the illumination wire on the peripheral GMAH24B or does it need to go somewhere else? Thanks for any help that can be provided. Mike

I am planning on installing my D3X kit myself and looking for someone that can help. I have the D3, IPOD adapter, Bluetooth adapter, Peripheral GMAH24B adapter, and Steering Wheel Controller. This is going in an 07 Classic (older body style) Chevy Crew Cab 2500 HD. It has Onstar, Bose, and Rear DVD system. I was hoping someone could send me step by step instructions on how all of it connects together. I have done standard head units and amp installs before. Also does anyone know where and what color the wires are I will have to tap into for the VSS, Parking Brake, and reverse Signal? I
