Hi All, I had my 4500 installed in Oct 2019, and have been happy with it until the past week, when the screen started to freeze within 5-10 minutes and whatever music source was on, stopped. Restarting the unit or pressing the reset button didn't help. Letting the car sit overnight allowed it to function for another 5-10 minutes. Probably unrelated, but the only problem preceding this behavior was that a black box with an error message saying something like "calibration will begin, but may be inaccurate without a speed pulse". Hi Folks, I have had an AVIC NEX 8100 for a year and a half or so. A couple of months ago my problem started. Whenever I turn off my truck (unit power stays on) the unit goes from the tuned in radio station to a seek mode, eventually landing on a random station which isn't one of my pre selected selections. The same thing happens when I change from the preset channel screen to the Nav screen. I can't think of any changes I made to account for this. I tried to search the forum for this problem, but got no results. Thanks for any suggestions.
