Z1 with Pac

I have a 2005 Tundra with steering wheel control's installed with Pac swi-ps last year with the newest Bt firmware.Everything work's however I added the right side missing switch from the lexus Gx470 that includes the phone aneswer and phone disconnect button along with the voice button (see picture)and everything lights up on the new switch too.My question mainly is does the Avic z1 surport the phone aneswer and pick up from the pac? I called them yesterday and they informed me it did however a local radio shop is telling me different. I tend to think it will work because the pioneer remote has the phone aneswer and pick up button's on it. Anybody with the z1-z3 running the Pac swi-ps have there factory oem steering wheel phone button's working on ther Z1-z3?

A wile back my friend added a radio shack cable that went into my Input from the rear of my Pioneer z1 (see pict). I recently purchased a Apple Iphone4 and trying to use pandora from the headphone jack and it doesn't appear to have any sound at all. I tried to add a couple of other sources and still no sound? Any ideal what im doing wrong. i checked the settings on the unit and have an open line on Aux. Do i need to purchase another cable to get this working?
