You're right. It looks like the z110 is not the same hardware-wise as the z150 - no USB port or HDMI port so the kit I linked won't work, sorry.

I currently have a Z2 (upgraded to Z3) installed with the Bluetooth module, XM Radio with traffic, iPod integration and the HD Radio module. I started looking in to the Z150 because I wanted to be able to stream podcasts from my Galaxy Note 2 (android) through the HU. I found a killer deal on CL for a used unit and scooped it up. Long shot, but do you have the yellow constant power wire connected to a constant 12v source? Maybe the constant power needs to be connected to retain destiination history? long shot, I know.

The CD-IH202 would most likely work for you, however the only way to be sure is to get one and test it or call Pioneer and hope the person you speak to knows what they're talking about.

It's unlikely that this will work. HDMI is a digital format and RCA cables are an analog format. Unless the cable contains a digital-to-analog converter, which it doesn't, there's no way it can work.

The navteq site shows a 2013 map upgrade, however they do not list it as being applicable to the z150 model.
