doing a donut in an explorer doesn't really work out so well.. i've tried it before haha.

When ever I start driving the direction the my avic d1 shows the I am moving rotates in a circle. So even if I am going the same direction for awhile it slowly spins around in circles. Ive tried resetting the unit, resetting my current direction/location, changing the direction the antenna faces and can't figure out why it does this. Using it to get me anywhere is basically pointless since it always thinks im facing a different direction and tries recalculating directions. any help on how to fix this? thanks -Matt

does anyone have a picture of how the wiring harness comes from the factory because i have a used d1 and it seems like someone tried doing the parking brake mod but not very well because the warning message comes up everytime i start the car. this is how the harness looks, any help to get it how it should be would be appreciated. thanks -Matt

I recently got a used avic-d1 and was wondering if there is anyway to turn off the beep sound that it makes every time I hit a button? thanks -matt
