  1. I had a similar issue with my F900 recently. The startup screen would keep rebooting itself every 5 seconds. I called Pioneer and they told me to take it in for warranty service. The closest Pioneer service center to me was in Columbus, OH and luckily I have to go to Columbus quite often for work. I dropped it off and Pioneer mailed me back my unit 2 days later. The unit is working fine now. I also noticed that all my TTS voices are gone now. I'm thinking that may have had something to do with it.
  2. The bypass worked for my F900BT. When I initially had it installed, the guy did the "D3" bypass but it didn't work. I took the car back to him yesterday showing him this page and how the wires were slightly different. Works like a charm now.
  3. It seems like the majority of the reported bugs are from the F90BT. I haven't had those issues with my F900BT. The only issue I'm having is the voice guidance for the TTS voice saying comma instead of point.
  4. Just to update, the MSNDirect data was on from the get go this time. I guess the unit was still syncing up the data the first time. And to add to what the poster after me said in regards to firmware updates, I noticed that as well. I also think that Pioneer will be offering an update to the voice directions as well because they was an SD option when I was playing with the voice guidance settings. So maybe the "comma" will be fixed to say point. Crossing my fingers!
  5. My stock sub works with it, but I still plan on getting a aftermarket sub. The stock sub sucks and unfortunately, I can't control the sub individually with the sub control feature (which will work with aftermarket subs).
  6. Other than the data not showing up initially and a few gas prices not showing, mine is working fine. I live in Norfolk, VA.
  7. I received my 900BT today from Crutchfield which I ordered yesterday (kudos to CF for the quick shipment which was free by the way). I went to Circuit City and had it installed by one of my friends who I used to work with at Circuit City back in the day (he's the only person at CC that I trust installing LOL). Good news for those with the AT&T Tilt. I remember reading before that this phone has problems pairing with the Pioneer Bluetooth module (as with other PDAs). I had no problems at all pairing with the built in Bluetooth. The only knock I have on the Bluetooth thus far is that wh
  8. According to the Pioneer website, the 900 has 3D landmarks as well. The only difference I'm seeing (according to the website) is the 4V preout and supplied Ipod cable.
  9. Just ordered my 900 this morning. A lady from Crutchfield just called me a few minutes ago to let me know my order was processed and I should receive the unit tomorrow. I should have it installed by Friday. The 900 costs $1099 on Crutchfield by the way, and it comes with all the installation hardware for free.
  10. Hopefully I'll get mine tomorrow or Thursday. I'll post impressions once I get it installed as well - good or bad.
  11. I just purchased the 900BT this morning from Crutchfield. Hopefully it should arrive by Thursday and be installed by Friday. I have a 10 hour trip to Cincinnati this weekend (about to move there) to find an apartment so I'll be able to report how it performs early next week.
