  2. This one is sweet! Could someone change that Nissan thingie to VW? Awesome screen Yeah I still have the original photoshop file at home so I'll change the brand logo layer when I get home after work and upload it for you...
  3. Here are some updated Nissan splash screens (mostly for those with orange dash illumination)..
  4. I updated the popular 'carbon' and 'brushed metal' backgrounds to add common logos (Bluetooth, SDHC, DIVX, IPOD, IGO, and USB) with subtle reflections. Just add whatever brand logo to make it your own. Also attached are those same backgrounds with Pioneer logos. I tried to add uncompressed BMP versions but the forum wouldn't let me.. Enjoy!!
  5. Ok here are a few more I threw together. Going to see which looks best in my car now...
  6. I made a custom splash pic for my '08 Altima Coupe which has orange illumination using some images I found online. Here it is in case anyone has a similar setup..
  7. Would this modified file would work to remove the message on the F700BT? Has anyone tried it? Should be the same file right??
  8. The classic "It's not a bug, it's a feature" excuse. So why don't they advertise it?: "New with the F-series, pretty colored empty boxes which limit your view of the pesky map screen!!" Maybe in the next update they'll enlarge them for us!!
  9. This thread is awesome. How about the Nissan logo over the metallic backdrop like the others (instead of black)?
  10. That would be so awesome if someone could figure that out. Pioneer should at least provide an option to modify the frequency of those notifications. Also, I wonder if the empty green boxes that remain on the map when no destination is selected could be removed with scripting?
  11. Instead of resolved issues, a new post-update buglist thread might be more helpful to Pioneer. They shouldn't rest on their laurels until the firmware is nearly flawless.
