Just wanted to bump this? Any luck anyone else ? I'd hate to get a whole new unit for charging everything else works fine and our system s still very capable

thanks!! i should try it with a apple stock cable! can anyone confirm that video also works? thanks in advanced! i would hate to spend another $40 just to charge and then get no video...

i searched somewhere and saw that it will only charge if connected to a official apple composite av cable w/ lightning adapter... i have a stock pioneer 30 pin av cable with official apple lightning to 30 pin adapter.. i can get audio to play but no charging and video capablities... can someone else chime in to confirm?

I got a f700 pioneer cable with apple lighting adapter cant get charging to work? Can anyone else get it to? Do I need the av composite cable from apple ???

very good question i am kinda in the same boat... ive been loving my 3.1 update thanks again avic forums!!! on my f700!! now i just was curious to see if there was something new so it looks like 4.X + is it! very interested in installing in my system as well... any other words of advice ?

might be too late.. but 310 KREATIONS in gardena does a great job and they did mine in my mercedes ML..... and they dont charge you an arm and a leg esp since you got your unit elsewhere unlike some other installers..... 310 Kreations 14405 Crenshaw Blvd Gardena, CA 90249 (310) 675-7710

i purchased my f700 off ebay and pioneer provided warranty on my item when i had issues and submitted it....i just included my invoice from ebay with my unit when submitted...

damn i was just thinking this today.. i got my unit back from pioneer and iw as just thinking jesus how nice would it be to have that annoying route box gone when there is no route.... i think ill have to go back to a moded data.zip....

ok finally got around to taking stuff out and rechecking my work... this was the exact problem i mixed up the front and rear outs from the headunit to the amps... problem solved... thanks!!!!

GOT my unit back from pioneer... this is not a item issue!!! it has to do with installation.... i am headed back to my installer to see what is the problem.. i dont have a factory amp.. so maybe it has to do with a connection to my amps? probably different signal or something with rcas? ill figure it out soon hopefuly

it was properly connected im sure... because it was working for at least a week until one day it just stopped.. and alot of audio functions work fine.. its just specific system sounds and stuff coming from the navi itself. and my non working parts are still under warranty.. so i guess ill just take a claim up with pioneer

no navi voice... no button key noises.... no audio sound back from callers when hooked to blue tooth.. other that that everything else works fine yea i have mine currently turned all the way up.. and those settings for atleast a few minutes... turning off the car and back on etc.... any other suggestions?

WOOW... after some search i finally find the exact same problems... just bumping this to see if anyone has a fix yet for this???? i havnt tried uploading a USB with sound but that sounds like a temp fix as well???? deffective units???? should i bother with submitting my unit back to pioneer for service/return????
