  3. Deleting the gpspara files used to work for me - just this week it went into reboot but it was a difficult and more nasty kind of reboot loop. It was so nasty I couldn't even get into test mode - I ended up having to "upgrade" WinCE (in reality, just overwrite it) with a format to clear the entire unit, then copy my backup over. I think I'm going to have to keep a SD card now with both the WinCE image and my entire backup with me on the car at all times. What a PITA. Wonder if the new pioneer units are still so "reliable"...
  4. I was originally on 2.0, which got hit with the reboot bug. I wiped, updated to the hacked 3.0, and was working great again. About two months later, it's rebooting again. I haven't tried the fix yet, but I wanted to sharethe circumstances under which this occurred. In both cases, the GPS routing was ACTIVE. I had an active route/path and the GPS was giving directions. In the 2.0 reboot case, the GPS started acting erratically, it would show the car somewhere on the map where it clearly wasn't (such as driving on the water).
