Well for me the buttons dont NEED to be deleted, i kinda like the confirmation it gives you. lets you know that the system acknowledges your intentions. What I don't care for is the annoying tone and sound that it makes Im pretty sure i can just stick in my own Wave file and rename to exactly to that they have right? i mean sounds easy enough right?, like putting Sam's O positive kidney inside Bob's O body. they just gotta match?

I really want to give this a try to, and i hope it has no ill effects on the unit. I mean seriosuly, when im in America, who needs Europe map. I seriously thought it was a HDD =P I mean every company tries to cut corners everywhere. My clues were that they used an outdated chip, with outdated OS included, with outdated pioneer software engineers. So i thoguht it was safe to say that they were using a HDD. lol my bad, this is a completely useless post then, feel free to delete this whole topic. The older Pioneer units used HDDs and they can be swapped out, maybe thats what your thinking of. These are updated now... or you can say that... windows CE
