  1. don't laugh but i have 4 large caps on my setup for power stability and they also filter the audio to a certian extent. one nice side effect is if you don't set a drain on them your stereo will play for 2 minutes after you shut the car off then you go to make a phone call and you hear someone saying "hello" from your car bc the bluetooth is still synced
  2. im in the same damn boat... i am really starting to think my unit is bad. i can run rca outputs from another source and it works great... rca from the f900 and i get intermintent crap... i've got 22 hours of screwing with this think and rewiring it over and over, and i'm sick of it. has anyone ever had d.o.a. f series?
  3. okay so here's the low down... i have a 01 acura cl s-type. here's what i've done. fresh install. removed all bose speakers and bypassed bose amp with a mitchell diamgram. put in some pioneer speakers. 6x9 coax in back. 6.5 with crossover tweeters in front. xm unit installed and sub and amp wired up. i did do the hardware bypass as stated in the hundred different posts in this forum, lol. and everything powers up. and the speakers have power (you hear them kick on upon power up of unit). unit works nav mic display... just no sound... any help out there. i have 12 hours today of testing wire en
